1. Tell Us About Your Project
Fill out the estimate request form or call the office at (503) 678-7744 — whichever is easier. Tell us what you're picturing, even if it's still rough. We read every request ourselves and reply within 2 business days, usually with a few questions or a proposed time to come see the property.
We respond within 2 business days. Office hours are Mon–Fri, 9:00–4:30.

2. We Walk the Property Together
One of us comes out and walks the site with you. We look at grades, drainage, access, and what's already growing — the stuff that decides whether an idea will actually work on your ground. You talk, we listen, and we'll tell you straight if something won't hold up.
Typically scheduled within 1–2 weeks of your request, depending on the season. Plan on 30–60 minutes on site.

3. You Get a Clear Proposal
We put together a written proposal: what we'll build, what materials we'll use, and what it costs. No vague allowances, no pressure. If the project calls for a full landscape design, that's a separate step we'll walk you through first.
Usually about 1–2 weeks after the site visit. Larger design/build projects can take longer — we'll tell you up front.

4. Scheduling & the Build
Once you approve the proposal, we put you on the schedule and tell you honestly where you land — spring and summer book up fast in the Willamette Valley. When your start date comes, our crew shows up, keeps the site clean, and keeps you posted. Most of the people building your project have been with us for years.
Lead time varies by season — often 2–8 weeks from approval to start. Build time depends on the project: a paver patio might take days, a full pond and landscape weeks. Your proposal will say.

5. Final Walkthrough & Ongoing Care
Before we call it done, we walk the finished project with you and make anything right that isn't. Then we show you how to care for it — how to run the irrigation controller, what your pond needs season to season, how new plantings want to be watered that first year. If you'd rather we handle the upkeep, our maintenance crews can take it from here.
Walkthrough happens the day we finish or within a few days after. Care guidance comes with it; maintenance plans are quoted separately.
Step one takes about 60 seconds.
Estimates are free — we respond within 2 business days.
